Content Guidelines

My content guidelines - what I will and won't draw. These are general guidelines for SFW fan-art commissions.

NSFW commissions can be discussed, please contact me for details and guidelines specific to adult artwork. I will not discuss adult commissions with anyone under the age of 18.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, even if it doesn't go against any of these guidelines.

Terms of Service

Payment

All prices in € (Euro). Payment upfront through PayPal invoice.A full refund will be issued if I have to cancel the commission.If you wish to cancel the commission, payment will be refunded up to the stage of completion. A finished commission can not be refunded.

Process

I make a rough sketch within 1 day once payment has been processed. Big revisions can only be made at this stage.After the rough sketch has been approved, finishing a commission usually takes me 1-3 months. You can ask for progress updates at any time!Quality is always my top priority and unfortunately I can't guarantee to work fast. I have chronic health issues that occasionally may affect my commission schedules, but I aim to be open about any delays and issues.Please keep this in mind and confirm possible deadlines with me well in advance!

Usage

I retain rights to the artwork. I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork in portfolios and on my social media and websites.I post finished artwork on my social media, unless asked not to. Please let me know if you wish to remain anonymous or do not want the commissioned artwork publicly displayed at all.- Artwork is for personal/non-commercial use only.

- No AI useYou may not claim the artwork as your own.You may not profit from the artwork in any way. For example, you may not sell the digital file or create prints or other merchandise for sale.However, you may create a limited number of prints for personal use or to give as gifts. You may crop the artwork to create icons or other graphics for social media or websites as long as you credit me.You may post the artwork on your own social media, as long as you properly credit me and provide a link to my Instagram, BlueSky or this website.
